Western Harbour sits on the Leith waterfront with views across the Firth of Forth. It is calm and characterful, with Ocean Terminal, a supermarket, restaurants and the Royal Yacht Britannia all close by. When you want the city centre, the number 11 bus runs from near the door and the tram is a short walk away, both reaching the middle of Edinburgh in around 20 to 30 minutes.
