2. For existing bookings, the Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of booking.
3. To qualify, we must be satisfied that (a) apartment types are identical (including number of nights, number of persons, facilities and services provided) and (b) the apartment you have found is actually available to purchase on the same website.

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

1. Prices are compared on apartment price and when calculating the competitor's total price comparisons will include the cost of the product plus booking fees and other fees.
2. When requesting a price match you must include the name of the website where the apartment is cheaper, if possible, a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited), the cost of the cheaper apartment, your name, email address and contact telephone number.
3. Ocean Apartments price match does not apply when you use coupons/vouchers and/or other promotional offers on the alternative website.
4. Ocean Apartments price match cannot be used in conjunction with coupons/vouchers and/or other promotional offers on Ocean Apartments website.
5. Ocean Apartments price match does not apply to any Ocean Apartments sale or offers.
6. Ocean Apartments price match will not apply to items that result in Ocean Apartments making a loss to match.
